Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund only store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Helmet, Safety Vests, Custom Butet Saddle cannot be returned.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ridersboutiquesales@gmail.com

Shipping Policy:

We are unable to redirect or cancel orders once the order has been shipped.

Lost or Stolen Items - Riders Boutique Inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen orders. Please ensure your order shows the correct address and packages are not left on your porch. If an item is lost or stolen, contact us and we can submit a claim with UPS, Fed Ex, USPS. Please be aware, the process takes several weeks and most claims are refused. USPS, Fed Ex or UPS does not issue refunds for packages that are shown as delivered in their tracking system. If you prefer to have a package delivered with signature confirmation, or through a different carrier, please contact ridersboutiquesales@gmail.com We are not responsible for duties outside the USA.  If you refuse your package no refunds will be made on shipping, and any additional charges Riders Boutique inquires from the carrier will be deducted from your item.
